Analysis and drafting of domestic and foreign contractual instruments of commercial and corporate natures, contractual instruments related to drilling, seismic and geophysics, charter and Operating and Management Agreements, Engineering and Procurement Contracts (“EPCs”), Requests for Proposals (“RFPs”), Joint Operating Agreeements (“JOAs”), Joint Venture Agreements (“JVAs”), Share Purchase Agreements (“SPAs”), lifting, among others. Assistance in the acquisition of oil & gas and mining assets as well as assistance in regulatory matters related to the National Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency (“ANP”) and to the National Department of Mineral Production (“DNPM”). Representation of clients in domestic and foreign public and private bids. Drafting of opinions and studies related to corporate law, contracts and regulatory laws.

Author of several articles in the Oil & Gas and mining sectors.
